Payment
Payment will be collected at time of service. Health fund rebates can be claimed on the spot via our HiCaps terminal.
If you need to cancel within 24hr of the appointment 50% of your treatment cost is required. If you no-show or cancel within two hours of your appointment time the full cost will be charged. Once you have received a booking confirmation you have accepted these conditions.
See below a list of health funds, who have us listed as a provider for remedial massage therapy. Please note it varies from therapist to therapist, please check with us prior to booking. Those health funds allow you to claim rebates, if those rebates are part of your policy. Please check your rebate eligibility with your health fund to avoid disappointment. The item numbers for remedial massage are 105 or 205. If you wish to get a quote for your rebate please quote those, when you call your health fund.
